A Physical Therapy evaluation will be performed holistically to be able to assess the needs of the individual. If you are dealing with a nagging or recurring injury a whole body assessment will be performed. If you are post-surgical, an assessment of your home will also be performed to improve your independence as much as possible as we work to getting you beyond post-surgery restrictions. After the evaluation and examination, a plan will be devised with mutual goals to a get you back to your best!
